Company TAB produces a wide range of lead acid flooded, VRLA AGM, VRLA Gel batteries and Li-ion batteries in four modern factories with approximately 1.600 employees on four different locations:
- on first location in Žerjav, Slovenia, there is a recycling plant producing approx. 30.000 t of soft lead and alloys per year from 55.000 t of scrap and a factory for industrial batteries with annual capacity 1,8 mio pieces of TAB branded traction and stationary cells,
- the second location is in Črna na Koroškem, Slovenia, where there is a factory for starter batteries of TAB, Topla, Vesna and VolThor brands with annual capacity of 3 mio pieces,
- the third location is in Prevalje, Slovenija, where Li-ion batteries are produced,
- the fourth factory is situated in Republic of North Macedonia, Probishtip, with annual capacity of 3 mio pieces of starter batteries of Vesna brand, industrial batteries with annual capacity 0,6 mio pieces of TAB branded traction cells, and recycling plant producing approx. 10.000 t of soft lead and alloys per year from 18.000 t of scrap.
